The Clay Educational Staff Professional Association (CESPA)--your professional union--is Clay County's active advocate for school-related personnel. For many years, we have stood and spoken for quality education and for serving and protecting your best interests.
CESPA is a professional organization that brings together school support personnel so that our voices as education professionals can be heard and respected. When you become a member of CESPA, you are supporting an organization that is working through the school system, the Legislature and the community to build support for higher standards of conduct and achievement in our classrooms.
CESPA elected leaders are in constant communication with district administrators, voicing the opinions and concerns of school employees and defending their rights as professionals. During the Florida legislative session CESPA sends lobbyists to Tallahassee to fight for what educational support personnel know is right for our students. CESPA continues to boost the awareness of education issues and to advocate for the programs and opportunities that will improve our educational system.
CESPA staunchly advocates high standards for both students and support personnel. Our goal is to help support personnel be the best they can be.
